EMPLOYEE SECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING
Cetra Secure is dedicated to protecting you and your business. We provide on-site security orientation that covers how to appropriately act and what red flags to look out for to prevent unauthorized access to your systems and data. This training includes a handout that can be used as a refresher to remind employees on what to look out for. Topics for this include: social engineering, malware, and web and email safety. |

SECURITY POLICY AUDIT
One of the easiest ways a bad actor can obtain confidential information and gain access to your network is by utilizing social engineering. This can come in many different forms, from e-mail, phone calls, or direct interaction. The goal is to build a rapport of some kind with the end user being targeted and get them to disclose information that they normally would not. We provide testing of user awareness to compliment our trainings. These tests include e-mail campaigns, phone calls, and even physical visits during which interactions are recorded and graded. We are then able to present you with a report showing any points where additional training could help to prevent a future breach. |
